Ratings

To create a Ratings Campaign, follow these steps:

• Click on “Campaigns” from the Menu bar

• Click on “Create New Campaign” from top right of the page

• Click on “Ratings” from the ___drop downs__ available

• Enter the name for the campaign and click on Create

• Select the Site Section you want to run the campaign for

• Enter the pop up and add in the question

• Select from the type of ratings formats available (Stars, Numbers, and Emojis)

• Add the Duration for the campaign

• Review and then click on “Save Campaign” to save it as a draft or “Save and Continue” to activate it instantly

• You can view the status (draft, scheduled, paused, active, and completed) of all campaigns on the Campaign page itself
